AbstractHimalee Dairy Product Limited is a company with a sound reputation for the quality of its curd made of buffalo milk has now seen a steady market throughout the year. The proposed project is to find effective ways to meet with the consistent demand for the product by addressing raw material fluctuations issue. This problem of raw material is expected to be solved through the development of 40 out grower dairy farmers and facilitating them with the required skills, knowledge and other resources to overcome obstacles and increase productivity. The proposed project cost is estimated at Rupees 20 million invested over a period of 2 years whereas the estimated profit would be Rs. 1,296,000.00 approximately within a period of 5 years with a potential for further expansion.
