In theory, practice and common sense terms BizPAct believes progress is possible if development goals are built along viable business models.

The logic of the approach we are proposing is simple, but challenges involved in actually implementing it are obviously not. We see BizPAct as an exciting new instrument which can be deployed better through partnerships rather than in isolation.

Moreover it is our strong belief that non-residential Sri Lankans, the Government and the Business community need to explore the enterprise–poverty territory together.

This is why we believe critical links need to be forged. It is why we urge our International Partners and the Big Business community to join us in viewing BizPAct as an invitation to invest and a chance to prove and position the project as a formidable weapon in the battle for economic prosperity.
